- Appointment policy: We only set appointments to meet a puppy on the day that you are prepared and planning on taking the puppy home, assuming that you like the puppy’s appearance and personality when you meet him or her in person.
- No Browsing: We do not schedule appointments if you have no intention of taking a puppy home that day. We do this to minimize exposure to health risks to our pups.
