- Appointment policy: We only set appointments to meet a puppy on the day that you are prepared and planning on taking the puppy home, assuming that you like the puppy’s appearance and personality when you meet him in person.
- No Browsing: We do not schedule appointments if you have no intention of taking a puppy home that day. This is to minimize exposure to health risks for our pups.
