Puppy Yoga Experience
Unroll your mat, take a deep breath… and prepare for the happiest yoga class you’ve ever experienced. Our Puppy Yoga sessions combine a gentle, all-levels yoga flow with the playful energy of adorable puppies roaming freely around the room.
As you move through a relaxing sequence designed to stretch, strengthen, and de-stress, you’ll be joined by curious, cuddly companions who may curl up beside you, climb into your lap, or simply brighten your practice with their joyful presence. It’s the perfect blend of mindfulness and pure, lighthearted fun.
We provide yoga mats for your convenience—just bring yourself, comfortable clothing, and a willingness to smile (a lot).
To keep the experience intimate and enjoyable for both guests and puppies, each class is limited to just 20 participants. Spots are intentionally kept small and tend to fill quickly, so early booking is highly recommended.
