Health Guarantee & Returns
Our Return Policy – We do not provide refunds for buyer’s remorse. That includes and extends to any and all situations such as too much stress, changed mind, don’t want puppy anymore, allergies and etc. It is your responsibility to do your research into all that goes into purchasing and caring for a puppy before choosing to buy one from us.
Please note that we reserve the right to NO REFUNDS OF ANY KIND for obvious reasons. All of our puppies have family-friendly temperaments and personalities.
Health Guarantee – We do GUARANTEE the health of the puppy for seven days from the time of pick up/delivery. To keep this guarantee in force, the puppy must be seen and examined by a veterinarian within 72 hours from the day of pick up or delivery excluding weekends/holidays (when vet offices may be closed). If issues were to arise and with proper documentation stating the defect/condition of the puppy and the puppy being surrendered to us, a replacement puppy or refund would be in order for said situation. However, our Health Guarantee does not extend or include: worms, giardia, or fleas/ticks. We are not responsible for vet bills.
Note that this agreement is non-transferrable.
If you decide to rehome the puppy elsewhere, we will no longer guarantee the puppy with new buyers.
Puppies are welcomed to be returned with no refunds. Please avoid surrendering your puppy to a shelter.
By you purchasing from us, you have agreed to abide by our Return policy. NO exceptions extended to any circumstance!
